Speedy resolve of ADSL/telephone line fault

Our telephone/adsl line was down (not working) last night. I asked a friend to do an online fault report on the telkom website laste night (10/7/13) at 19:00. I immediatly received a reference number. Today (11/7/2013) at 14:00 the line was restored and the problem resolved. Excellent & speedy service from Telkom! Very inpressed-also very efficient updates regarding the progress via sms. Keep up the good work!
