Cannot Get Through To Complete Cancellation

After recently moving into my new house, I discovered I have no signal for Vodacom whats so ever. I logged a call with Vodacom informing them of this and the service received was acceptable in the fact that they responded well enough. My problem is that my issue cannot be resolved until a new tower has been placed in the area which there is no effective time line.

Vodacom has understood my issue and agreed to prematurely cancel my contract via 082 1958 cancellation call centre in order for me to move to another service provider. The problem that I face now is that I am unable to get through to the 082 1958 call centre to finalise the cancellation. I tried yesterday afternoon and waited 8 minutes, I tried this morning and waited 10 minutes and again 6 minutes.

I need to speak to someone in order to finalise in order to move my number!!
