Pathtic service recieved, not haapy at all!

Went there to take out a cellphone contract, first I'm told the phone is very difficult to use, right then there arose a problem with the phone itself after one day of use, took it back, I'm told this, we told you to get another phone cause we don't know how this phone works. i mean really not good service, you don't say that, which means to me they don't want the work i bring them. no it has been sent back and now must wait 7 days for another one, which isn't right new phone should be replaced immediately. I'm not happy, vodacom do me a favour get real decent staff that know how to work with people, cause you will lose clients!
