Forced to take replacement handset for insurance

Hi
why am l being forced to take a handset that l don't like .my insurance it covers R10000 I can not take what you guys like if l don't get the handset that l want please kindly cancel the contract because what you are doing to the client is total ripe off, I had the S3 and did not enjoy it and it got lost, as it gave me problems, so now I ask for the S4 considering my insurance covers up to R10000.00, and they do not want to, so that is ridiculous
rather cancel the dam contract l don't want to deal with autopage anymore and again am taking this further with my lawye
