I have been trying to get a response from MTN regarding poor signal strength where I live, even though the coverage map shows I should be getting 3G signal. I only have a very poor edge signal. I did receive a case number (6611141), I filled in all the relevant forms, but there has been no feedback. If MTN cannot provide the service their website claims they have, the least they can do is try and resolve the issue, or release me from my contractual obligations so I can go to a service provider who can fulfill their promises.
