Still being bill for blackberry bes

Did a upgrade in April 2013 from a blackberry to a samsung, was being bill for blackberry BES, i call on the 03/07/13 to vodacom they told me that i will be refuned for BES for June, today i get a statement that i am being bill for july BES, its more then 48 hour and no 1 call me with a asnwers, today agent told me that i need to go to the vodacom shop, to speed up the process
