ONCE AGAIN NO STATEMENTS FROM CELLC

Why cant CellC send me my monthly account. Once again no account received for May & June 2013. My cell was disconnected due to non payment but I dont receive any accounts. I tried to to cancel my dt order because I want to pay cash every month due to problems with my salary. We dont get our salary now on the normal dates. It differs. No one comes back to me or even try to contact me. The service is TERRIBLE!!
