Need info on bbm deleted history of a friend

I want to know why you can't get history from one of your bbm contacts after it has been deleted and you are still friends with this specific person but you can't get the previous messages after it has been deleted. I have phoned several times from my contract phone the number for info 1555 and also mail to Webmastermtnsp [Email Removed] but no response. I need something in writing to be sent to me on [Email Removed]
