I recently migrated my 3G contract to prepaid. It went through on the 25th November 2013 and then suddenly my emails stopped working. Phoned the call centre and they say my email account has been deleted as a result and that I have to re-register. Tried to re-register and no I am getting an error of the website. Surely since they deleted the account they should be able to simply re-instate it without me having to re-register? And why would the account be deleted in the first place? Service providers seem to do simply do what they want at the inconvenience of their customers.
