BMW Charges Client for Services not/ unrendered

Two Front line Service Managers quoted me differently on the same job. On the 26th March 2013 Monique Knoesen quotes me R680.00 for the repair of my air conditioning system which extracts heat instead of cold air and subsequently books in my car for service the next day as per agreement. On the 27th March 2013 Natalie Garcia offers to assist while Monique is busy assisting other clients. Natalie takes over my keys and arranges drop off car for me and advised that she will update me on progress. later on during the day she advises me that the quotation is R3 000.00 which quotation I reject however Natalie and The Manager Luis Catarina Compels me to pay R820.00 and take the car without the problem sorted out! The Car was detained until I paid R820.00 to release it. Absolute Rip Off!!!

I need Hello Peter to assist me recover back my R820.00 to assist me pay for my air conditioning system elsewhere!
