Made to wait 1.5 hours if not more!!!

My Cell C contract was due for an upgrade and the story goes that i had went into the store last week to order the phone as well as sign all the documentation required so that today when i went to pick the phone up i would just need to migrate and collect the phone. When i arrived at Cell C, one of the friendlier ladies stated that i need to wait for the lady to finish with her client before she could get to me. Firstly i do not understand what the reason for this was. This lady seemed to be the manager (striped shirt) and apparently nobody else could help me. The customer who was being helped had not even decided on any phone yet and the "manager" was busy explaining two different choices to her. The manager knew i was there for the pickup and did not acknowledge my presence or tell me that she will be with me etc. This whole explanation process eventually took 45 minutes when finally the lady decided on what phone she wanted. Why is there only one person capable of doing contract upgrades.. So by my example you do not care about your clients having to wait a long period of time if there are other people there. At the end of the day i waited 1.5 hours and left in disgust!!!
