VODACOM CRIME 0820048181

Recieved SMS from 0820048181 - a number that has been reported in previous Vodacom on this site.
SMS stated "Keyword request not allowed. 082 (my cell number) is not a contract/hybrid subscriber."

I did not request a keyword, implies that someone else did. Called Vodacom helpdesk to find out, they claim total ignorance, don't even know what a "keyword" is. Told me to call Nashua Mobile but did not send the phone number by SMS as promised. Either Vodacom has criminals working for them or they are an organised crime syndicate.

Vodacom must tell me who requested a keyword and for what purpose!!!
