So after a week of struggling with 24hr mobility insurance, I was told to go to my nearest MTN and they will be able to replace my Xperia Z. I go to my nearest and the store I opened my contract by, Picbel Parkade, I walk in and when I explain I would like to pay my excess and get a new phone, she tells me they don't have stock, I ask when they getting and she replies she doesn't know, I must go check around. The next day, 9th July 2013 I start phoning around and I phone Picbel Parkade and inquire if they have stock of the Xperia Z and she says "Yes sir, we have 2 in stock and available"! Then I tell her I will come in to get my replacement and she tells me they cant do insurance claims because the two phones are for customers whos contracts must be approved and carries on giving me a long story that in know is not true! But a minute ago she just told me they have 2 available!! So I ask where can I go now and she puts me on hold for 10 minutes before telling me that the Tokai branch will do me a favor and keep 1 for me. I stay in the northern suburbs and work in CBD, how can I go to Tokai? Never have I heard such rubbish just because I'm getting a replacement.
