Terrible Service, incompetence, Xperia V no stock

Telecommunications

1. Lost my phone (Sony Xperia V) on the 8th November 2013, had insurance on it. Reported it on the 13th November 2013.
2. Sent faxes, emails and tried to contact Mtn Insurance
3. I have had no replies and Mtn Insurance line does not work
4. Visited the head office in Roodepoort to sort it out on the weekend but the insurance department was closed, had a sim swap which wasn't done properly and gave the salesman all the required documentation yet nothing was done
5. Contacted the Customer Service and asked if insurance could email me, yet again nothing happened
6. Went back to head office in Roodepoort during the week to sort it out again. Tumelo Kgwale assisted me and processed the claim. I was told to go to an Mtn outlet to collect a new Xperia V
7. The system at Roodepoort Showed Morningside had an Xperia V. Went to Morningside, Fourways, Benmore and none had an Xperia. The service at these outlets was terrible, slow and the staff were incompetent.
8. Have emailed Tumelo but he hasn't replied and the insurance line still does not work
9. It is now the 28th November 2013 and still I have no replacement nor have I had any response from anyone at Mtn
Mtn is a discrace.
