Worste service eve

Now the first time I waited 3 weeks for my laptop and now it is at the shop but they said they would give me a call when it is there but no call so I called them and they said but the laptop is there and I said great so I asked when can I come and get it and I was told that I cant come get it because they have to wait for the modem so I asked when it will be there and they said THEY DON'T K NOW WHEN IT WILL BE THERE.

If it was done correctly the first time and ordered as it should have... Then I would have had it all by now. I would have expected them to go out of their way to get it already. But clearly I am just another number.

Don't make the mistake I made, choose a different provider!
