Lacklisted phone

On July 4th, I called the Altech Autopage Cellular call center regarding my mobile device that they, according to MTN have blacklisted my phone. The lady I spoke to was abrupt and unhelpful and proceeded to slander MTN, I was told to send an affidavit which I duly did and then on saturday, 5th July I received an email confirming receipt of my email and that a consultant will get back to me within 24 hours! I have still heard nothing from these people regarding the unblocking of my phone. I do not have a contract with these people at all. My mobile number is 073 478 5199 and my IMEI Number is 351503058088186.
