I have a bad experience with altech autopage. On the 7th I called in to have my contract cancelled with immediate effect, I was given the settlement amount, which I paid and faxed through the proof of payment the very same day. 6days later, the number is still not cancelled. I called in to find out whats happening after I even went into one of their branches to enquire, some guy with a bad attitude assisted me and tells me you number will be cancelled by the end of the day. Later that day my phone looses signal and when I call altech; I'm told that its due to the conversion and during the process none of those assisting me fail to let me know that eventually when the phone regains signal I will need to go rica the number and in that process I will experience problems, in having to recharge my number. Its 4days now, and I havent been enjoying the pleasure of using my device, and the people who are assisting me are failing to let me know why can I not recharge my number. In conclusison I'd like to say Altech autopage is very bad when it comes to customer service and the people on the other side of the line do not have people skills. In this regard I want nothing to do with this co.
