Unable to SMS to Premium Numbers

Since May 2013 I have been unable to send SMS' to premium numbers. For example, I order my electricity through Pay City via a premium number and ordering a movie on Box Office from DSTV as well. These are all services that i use frequently but for the last 2 months I have been unable to do this. I have queried this with Virgin Mobile many times in the last two months and they have told me they are aware of the issue. It is something that has ocurred since they switched over to a new system or something to that effect and that their technicians are" working round the clock" to get it resolved! 2 months later it still isn't resolved. i cannot believe they are still having issues and that they cannot get this resolved. This is unacceptable as a customer to have to wait this long to be able to utilise a service. Now if I want to buy electricity I have to withdraw cash and go to a vendor. This is an inconvenience. Can someone from Virgin please explain to me why it is taking you so long to sort out this issue? And when it is going to be fixed? I have been a Virgin Mobile customer for more than 6 years but i am seriously considering moving to another more reliable provider.
