Yet again, another 3G coverage issue with VODACOM!

My first report to Vodacom was from my previous address in Westville, Durban. (A built up suburb, comercilised in Durban). I was told that my house i could not recieve the 3G signal, it just does not reach.

Anyway, i left it, i was moving to a new flat anyways...

So, i moved to my new flat in Kloof, Durban. (Another built up area, comercialised) This time my home is on top of the hill, i thought well now this will definatley be an advantage.

I upgraded my contract 2 weeks ago to a 5meg line with the lates LTE 4G modem (knowing i was inly going to use it for 3G). Now i thought there would be no issue and i would have good access to the internet.

But i was wrong, i again do not reciece the Vodacom 3G network.

Strange, becuase MTN 3G works with no issues on my cell phone!

So, i made complaint, and the technician told me you can only recieve GPRS or EDGE.

Thats NO help, i especialy took out the new contract for 3G?!?!?!

How can they expect me to pay for something i do not recieve,?

I would understand if i lived in the bush, but i dont.
