Vodacom complaint with Sony mobile Vodacom will never get any referrals from me
As I haven't had one great year with them,
First I applied for a laptop on contract, the girl who helped me and my fianc? was chewing chap pies leaning against the wall, and every time you asked her something she replies I don't know
Then she never even sent the papers through to head office,
Then they didn't have stock...
I went to the Vodacom shop stood in line for maybe an hour to buy a sim card for my works wifi modem sorry we don't have...
Then I had to go to another vodashop to buy one and sit there for another hour
When I got my sony xperia z the phone started giving problems and looked like the screen was leaking
Ink, so I took the phone in for repairs and then a month later my phone came in contact with water that was spilled over it then they tell me that I didn't close the ports, but the phone was taken in the moment after that happened and the also the phone is water resistant
This happened on the 1 dec 2013 and still no answer
I have phoned sony no reply I have emailed Vodacom no reply but when they make their money and sit back and relax while we have to go through
