PHONE WENT FOR REPAIRS NEVER CAME BACK

We sent an I phone 5 for repairs 2 months ago. They were not able to repair it. They wanted to charge me for the repairs not even done. I called vodacom head office and they said the same that I should not be charged. I have not seen my phone in 2 months. They keep saying it will be here this day. Never arrives. I have been in personally so many times. I will now lay a charge of on brooklyn vodacom. This is unacceptable. Just give me my phone back. They wont give me my phone back!!!
