Empty Promises

I brought a phone from ackarmes. The phone give me a problem within two months I take back for repair and the repair it with the new one, even the secound one gives me the problem and I took it back again to vodacome repairs via ackahames they told me that I will receive my phone within a week but that was a becouse they didn't give it back to me they told me that my phone was blacklisted I don't why was backlisted couse I never report it before, On the 17/12/13 I went to ackamers they told me that my phone is not back yet they called vodacom repairs and I spoke with the manager (tumelo) he promise me that I wil get my phone on friday but that was a lie
