MTN PASSES THE BUCK TO ITS CLIENTS

We have been absolutely horrified and disgusted in our dealings with MTN, not only Carnival Mall but the head office and management as well!!! They have passed the buck of their poor advice and service from their salesman, Okkie, straight onto us, the clients. As consumers, we rely on the advice of sales persons in the cellphone industry, as they are suppose to be more qualified, informed, etc. than us, they are also suppose to be ethical and honest. We may not win this battle, but I can assure you, when these two years are over, we are not likely to return as MTN clients, and we will ensure that everyone around us knows how dishonest and unethical the Carnival mall branch is in particular, and also about the poor service received from MTN as a whole. We may have to pay extra for a couple of months, but we will not forget about this and we will make sure no one of our friends and family use Mall@Carnival MTN. Poor service to one client is nothing, but a attitude like this will surely not only affect us, you will continue to loose clients through your arrogant, uneithical and dishonest approach to clients.
