Cell C customer service is atrocious

I lost my phone over the weekend and since then I have found them to be incredibly unhelpful and actually a nightmare. Firstly I blocked my sim card on Sunday (07/07/2013), I was told I would have to go in store on Monday to do a sim swap and block the phone. I did so on Monday at about 9h30 I went to the Mimosa Mall and was told that the sim swap would be effected in the next 2-3 hours. At about 11 am I put the new sim card in my phone to check, I called my number and it rang but it wasn't ringing in my phone. Turns out they opened my line BEFORE the sim swap went through and of course the people who had my phone proceeded to use and abuse it. I called the store to complain, was promised the manager would get back to me and I haven't heard anything. I sent a complaint email to Cell c and haven't had any type of response.

Then there's the actual insurance claim. I was told to fill in the claim form and email all the supporting documentation which I did, I then got a message back which said the mail couldnt be delivered as the mailbox is full. I faxed to the number provided and still didn't get any acknowledgement. Even this morning I have once again re-sent the email and nothing
