I UPGRADED MORE ALMOST 2 MONTS AGO. A FAULTY HANDSET WAS DELIVERED. COLLECTED A WEEK LATER AND AFTER MANY PHONECALLS... I AM STILL WAITING FOR A NEW HANDSET. SIPHO WAS TOLD TO LIASE WITH ME. HE PROMISED ME 2 WEEKS AGO A NEW PHONE HAS BEEN SENT. HE WAS TELLING A LIE. I AM STILL WAITING. HOW CAN THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR MY CONTRACT BUT I DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE TO USE SIM??
