Being over charged

I took out a contract with Nashua mobile for the S3 phone at a monthly subscription of R399.00 last year, Nashua mobile has charged me an addition fee of R249.00 since. When i queried them because i only noticed it now i'm told i can only be refunded for the past 6 months
