I dont like doing this but in this case it seems necessary to complain. I went into the branch at the Glen, Bassonia on 05/05/13. A lady by the name of Octavia Lavhedzi assisted. I changed my mind about the contract and called the Glen branch on the 06/05/2013 @ 08:51 to cancel the contract. She confirmed it was cancelled and nothing was processed. Then I suddenly get a statement which states my contract was changed from topup R200 to topup R350 and Im being charged R90 for a hardware subsidy for something I dont even have. Chilled about it I call the call centre to query, they say I must call the branch to speak to Octavia again, so I advised her of this and she says she will sort it out. I left it and I paid for it. The next month I get the same invoice for the same thing which I thought was sorted out but to my surprise, NOT. So I call again to find out what I being charged for. I speak to Chumile on 28/06/13 she says she will investigate and refer to manager and get back to me, Nothing yet. I spoke to another lady Anne or something like that a week later on 05/07/13 but still she will get back to me. Still nothing. So now you tell me what to do...
