MTN's T's and C's they decide which way it fits!!!

I have two contracts at MTN and this specific phone a blackberry 9360 gives so MUCH problems it is not even true. I am so dissapointed as it is the 3rd phone from MTN and they don't understand i DONT WANT THIS STUPID PHONE ANYMORE I WANT A OTHER PHONE, the state in their T's and C's that your phone has a 2 year warranty but it only say it doesn't cover physical damage and what so ever suits them not to cover at all.

The 9360 i only have a year now and had to return it 3 times still not being happy with it the same problems over and over again so now i am very with this statement that you decided that the phone was dropped and that is why the front speaker doesn't work so i have physically damaged the phone but in the sms you send me after assesing the phone say it is out of warranty please do get your facts right and don't assume that you are right that i dropped the phone on purpose remember we are all human and accidents do happen but no MTN doesn't care.

I am so dissapointed in the 10 years that i am using MTN i don't know if i will be renewing my contracts again with you.

Really if it was on purpose and it wasn't a problem phone yes but you DON'T WANT TO HELP ME!!!
