Unknowingly underinsured

Nashua Mobile has the poorest service on earth, Thier insurance department has incompetent staff including management. When my phone got I was given a cheaper phone cause I was under insured. I bought an IPhone 4, 1 year ago when it was discontinued, no one at Nashua insurance bothered to call me about taking adequate insurance. When I claimed. It was now my fault for not being properly insured. I can't wait for my contract to end. Am terminated all my contracts

When asked when they told me about being under insuranced, the manager said no mam you once said you will insure the phone yourself. Q so why have I been paying for a year???
