Poor insurance services

Nashua refused to fix my phone just because my sim card was not in the phone when it fell.
I was under the impression that my phone is insured only to find my sim card is insured.
I was not even using an external simcard when the phone was damaged.
in my view as long as they get money for insurance they are happy and will find any reason not to payout any claim. basically its a rip off and I cant wait to cancel this contract and find a provider that is more interested in helping clients not rip them off.
