Pathetic service

For the past 4 months iv been having problems with MTN-SP, I getting debated before end of the month and on random days, days I did not agree to, I called in and requested to be debated on 7th of each month but I still get debated before or after that and due to that I have to pay in cash for 3 months and this is such an inconvienience because it is not my fault but yet I am being inconvienienced, the service that been pathetic!!
