Pathetic service incorrect billing constantly

I regret renewing my contract with your company and I want to know what is the procedure for cancellation of services. What is advertised and explained to us when we take out a contract is completely inaccurate to how we are billed. Either the call center staff know more than the sales staff at the stores or both sets of people are selling the same stories. I want a phone call as you do not respond to my requests and I want my account sorted out and my money refunded. I will stand to be charged for data which was used when the problem is with autopage not activating my data bundles. simple as that. I see your company has so many complaints on hellopeter and you do not respond which is very pathetic for a national company
