Paying for something I didn't subscribe to

Telecommunications

On Saturday the 18th of January at 09:45vm I received an sms from Vodacom stating the following: "You have purchased the Monthly BB10BBM (200 MB BBM) Service, valid until 2014-02-16 R19.00 has been deducted from your airtime" I havent purchased anything like this and was surpriced by the sms. I went to a Vodacom shop in Nigel who told me tht I need to contact Vodacom directly on 082111 - they cannot see that this was activated from the start of my contract in April 2013 - and therefore don't know what this sms means. So I did so on the 22 Jan. The person assisted me could not assist me at all and was waffeling about stuff but you could hear that he didn't have a clue what he was talking about and could answer my questions. He then said I should speak to the contracts dept. Getting hold of the contracts deptment is another question - what is their number? 082111 doesn't assist. I've got a Z10 Blackberry and was told from the start that it doesn't have the BIS option for free and that if you send a BBM you will pay. And I was happy with that. NOW my question is who gave Vodacom the permission to deduct the money from my airtime if I didn't make any purchases.
