I made a complaint using Hellopeter on 27 May about MTN du[plicating my charge on my account for a 2 gig bundle. I contacted them again on MTN direct as they charged me 3 times for a 2 gig data bundle but I only received it twice. Theyare not eben getting back to me with some information as to if I will be credited or not. I feel like cancelling the contract and incurring the penalty fee, just to get away from this network. I don not feel that I am ubreasonable as this is my money after all and I did make them aware of all the problems...
