To Whom It May Concern:

I'm really not pleased with you guys services I paid the account on the 25/03/2013 and on the 11/04/2013 and 15 days later not even a month you guys switched it off, when I called on behalf of Lucan as his my spouse you guys refused to give details to me, I mean he does not work, I put in the top tv I pay the account every month, I asked him that day to go get top tv as I have to come to work.
This very unacceptable and unpleasant, I never received statements since I opened the account to advise me about the billing accounts.
I mean I sent through the proof of payment every month from e-mail and you never had problems receiving the proof of payments.
I would like to receive answer as to why the switched off, you guys are the worst service provider I had.
