Pathetic selling and pathetic customer service

On the 2/07/2013 i was sold a contract by Kuben, who i asked questions in regards to the phone, needless did i realise it was a cheap phone that costs R449.00, after i received the phone i checked at the store how much it costs. This contract was to to be R79.00 X 24 months. Kuben advised if i had another vodacom number which at first said did'nt, then realised my daughter had a vodacom number, he took the number down and advised that he will convert the contract to this number, When i received the phone on the 5/07/2013, i phoned customer care on the 6/07/2013 and spoken to 4 diff people. Nhlanhla was the last person and i was irate at this point, as i needed the number which Kuben had converted to be loaded with the R99.00 aitime so i could purchase BIS.I told this consultant that i needed it sorted on the 6/7/13, she advised 24-48hrs and someone will call me. TO date no one has contacted me, and yet another pathetic service from vodacom. If i donot get someone sort this issue by 12pm midday on the 8/7/13, i want the phone collected and this contract cancelled. THis is absolutely ridiculous when sale is done, diff issues, when phone received diff issues. Terrible customer servi
