Locking phones that are paid fo

I have a contract company phone I use for work purpose which I am now unable to use since it appears to be blocked, showing a PHONE NOT ALLOWED MMC error by the network name panel on the top of the screen, it doesn't allow calls or text which is important for me to be able to do my job. I called the call centre and they told me they had booke my phone for repairs and provided me with a PRE number and told me their courier wil cme collect the phone at the provided address, its been a months since I had loged this complaint and has not been attended to, and has delayed my work. And I am forced to keep paying for a phone that's unable to serve its purpose. I should cancel my contract at once.
