Are not getting what im paying fo

I have signed the Samsung Galaxy Pocket phone - TV deal. I've got my phone and has been paying two months already for my contract. However I'm still awaiting the TV and i have been to the MTN branch. The first time they informed me I have not completed the third party TV license form which has not been done initially so i did it on 15 June 2013 and they said it will take 2 weeks for the TV to arrive. Two weeks has passed so I went into the same mtn branch just to be informed the previous staff members has committed and deleted all the forms on the computer as well as the video footage. I have ask when i will receive the TV this time around and has been told I cant be given a time scale as they are new. I am extremely dissatisfied as I'm paying for two months now and want the TV.
