I can go on and on giving fault report numbers about my internet access just hanging. Everytime I report it, Telkom reboots the port. Then it seems to work for a day or two. Then the same thing. I was on the fastest line paying in excess of R 1500/month. For a 4Mbps line, but because the service is so, I don't want to waste my money, I have dropped to 1Mbps line hoping that it would bee more stable. NEVER! If anything it has got worse!
Who can I speak to in order to sort this out? Telkom seem not phased about the problem.
