MTN Pls sort out your slowww modem

Upgraded my contract in may with mtn and one of the items I took was their data bundles with modem. Why does MTN give us this load of rubbish? Since I have had this modem I am unable to browse with it without falling asleep waiting for the pages to open. It is just tooooo slow. Took it back in store to check, they say there is nothing wrong with it??? I guess I now have to pay for something I cannot use. Please sort this out MTN, you are about to lose what was a loyal client.
