INCORRECT PRODUCT SOLD

We renewed our contracts on condition that it be the new BB Z10 (LTE), this is what we were promised and only to find out that this is not the product, now I am stuck with their problem and no resolution comes from this.
I am fed-up of being abused by a company of this magnitude.
