PAYING FOR BAD SERVICE TIME AND TIME AGAIN

I got a new contract from Nahua Mobile in March this year and it seems like I signed up for two years of TROUBLE. I never signed an official contract but due to my signature on the delivery note they say my contract is legal. I got a new BB Z10 on a CellC TopUp 200 at a monthly cost of R351.00.

On the day that I received my phone I did not receive a micro sim with my phone. I struggled until the 16th of May this year to get my sim card activated. When I finally could switch on the phone I discovered that the lock and unlock button didn't work.

I took it back to Nashua to send it for repairs. They've send it in but on the Job Card stated that the problem was unknown. I had to send it back for a second time when they decided to send me a new device.

My real complain is that I've been paying for this phone since March, lost all my benefits, it also came to my attention that they've got two lines on my contract, so I'm paying double. Their recent stunt was to inform me that they took a substantial amount of money for the repair of my phone.

I've been everywhere from local branches, to the Mpumalanga Service Manager to Head Office, I don't know what else I can do.
