Being charged for the Cellphone I don't have

On the 3rd week of March 2013 I got robbed of my cellphone (Galaxy S3) - which I didn't insure, and unfortunately I'm still paying for that phone, as it was still new. Since I loved that phone and as part of moving on and forgetting about my incident, I then decided to go to Nashua Mobile to get the 2nd contract. At first, they delivered the wrong device which had to be sent back. I then waited, and waited for more than 3 weeks and kept on following up with them, which they didn't bother doing - didn't keep me updated. After this long wait, I then decided to cancel the 2nd contract, and the manager promised that she will amend the invoice and said I will only pay for one contract - the phone that got. To my suprise, on the 1st May, they debited my account for 2 phones which I don't have. Yesterday morning they've e-mailed another statement for 2 phones again. This is totally unacceptable. They haven't refunded me yet for the last month, and already they are making plans to make more money from me. On the other hand I have a micro sim card with R800 airtime which I'm unable to use without a device, what an inconvenience. I seriously have to look for another service provider.
