I want to say thank you to Mariska Beukes from the Client Experience Centre who was the one person willing to go the extra mile for me to get my situation sorted out with my Credit Card. She personally delivered my card to me and kept in contact with me at all times. This is what I call service when a person takes responsibility for the task and follow's through with it to ensure that the customer is happy at the end of the day and gets the service promised to them. FNB should be proud to have her in their employment.
