NOT HELP FULL AT ALL

I will never ever purchase electricity from these people again as they are not helpful with anything I have purchased a Unipin electricity voucher on the 01st of July 2013 followed the necessary steps and voucher came up with an error called the Convenience Centre was the voucher was purchased from was advised to contact Unipin by either sms to 43471 or e-mail to [Email Removed] I sent the sms and the e-mail explaining what happened received an email from an Amazon Namane who sent an e-mail with the token. I tried loading the token which did not load on many occasions I then contacted Unipin again was advised by the same Amazon name to contact EThekwini which I did (Ref no 2185616) and they came out to check the meter and found nothing wrong with it. The gentlemen suggested I purchase another voucher from the same convenience centre which worked so we tried the old one and it still refused to work I then contacted Unipin again and have not received any response or assistance in this matter.
