Very agressive tone when i enquired about my phone

Nathaleen johnson called me to inform me about my phones repair status as i had booked it in at the vodacom customer care centre canal walk because of problems with the phone. my phone wasnt in the best of conditions when i booked it in as ther where scratches and buttons off, which is understandable after almost two years use. i was experiencing problems with my phones software thats why i booked it in. when natheley phoned me and told me that the warranty would not cover the physicall repairs i understood this, i then enquired as to what the warranty covered for more clarity, at this point she started sounding very agressive and anoyed. i just wanted more clarity as to my phones warranty but her tone of voice at which she was answering me was unacceptable for someone speaking to a customer. the call took place at 14:07 and lasted for 3m:58s.
