Upgrade - 0840557533 Dec 2012 BB 9790. After endless software problems i took the phone to Canal Walk 0n 03 Feb 2013 where they booked it in for repairs. No call was made to inform me that the phone has been returned from the repair centre. I eventually phoned then on the 23rd to find out it has been. I immediately collected it on 23-02-13. After collecting it form Cell C, they checked to see whether it switched on, . I left the store only to discover when i got home that I was still experiencing the same problem i had when booking it in. I immediately contacted them and returned the phone the following day, 24th. A gentleman by the name of Shaun, booked the phone in for a second and advised me that their repair lady, Michelle would contact me as i requested a Warranty Assessment as the phone is not even 3months old. I have contacted Cell C on a daily basis and once again was told that Michelle would phone me. It has now been a week and to date nobody has had the decency to phone me to inform about the status of my warranty assessment. I have not had any joy/satisfaction of this handset since the upgrade. I urgently appeal to you for assistance in this regard
