I am an existing Telkom Account by the name of Marttwins Business Cafe, Since I have had an account with Telkom I have never received any statement as all other businesses, Now last week my line was disconnected due to R255, I went and phoned and asked them why they did not consult me before that I am owing this kind of money but they are quick to cut the line I spoke to Hloni, and when I asked him to make an arrangement for me to pay tomorrow he refused, I tried to ask for an e-mail statement which only came once and thats it. He then hung up on me. I called again and the lady I spoke to said to me the guy I have just spoke to did not even record in the database that he even spoke to me. Now I paid the money the same day and phones them to connect me. I phoned again to find out my balance and I was told that its R1450 and I paid R500 today but I have receive a sms dat the balance is R954 i then phoned to make an arrangement to pay de money but was told that I actually owe more than R2000 how dey said will e-mail an invoice up to now nothing, dey always tel me u owe dis much I pay but de money seems to be going up everytime pls help! a small business but they are ripping us off
