Failure to activate contract

I have taken a cellphone contract with Nashua Mobile at the Galleria Mall on the 14 June 2013. At the time I told the sales person that I am on Red Bull Prepaid. I then accepted the contract, provided that I get to retain my number, and signed. I was then told that the contract will take between 2 and 24 hours to be activated. It is now the 4 July 2013 and I am still waiting for the contract to be activated. Every time I speak to the said salesperson she gives me a different reason as to why it is not activated and assures me that she will phone me back with an outcome but never does. Finally she starts to avoid my calls and goes on leave and has the entire contract transferred to the Westwood Mall Branch. At this branch I speak to a salesperson called Anjun and after a week finally tells me the matter has been sorted and that it will be active on 4 July 2013. It is now the 4 July 2013 and Anjun is on leave and the contract has not been activated. Even the owner of the branches does not answer his phone. This is now totally unacceptable as I am now sitting with a signed contract that I cannot use and all the people at Nashua mobile that dealt with my matter suddenly go on leave.
