How HARD can it be to just DO a SIM SWAP?

I am really dissappointed cellc, you've been my fav network all along but now, i mean the service im receiving is shocking. i've been calling a million times already, but all i get is you need to wait for an agent to call you.. i suppose the agent to call me is still on a plate from China...
i have been waiting since 14.00 yesterday just to have a sim swap. how hard can it be really?
